Questions
How do I get started?
Sign up in the MPLEX console, tell us about your business and send the documents asked for. Once we’ve approved it you set up your stores, menu, services or rentals, preview your storefront, and go live when you’re ready.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your storefront has its own address on MPLEX from day one. If you have a domain, your storefront can live there instead.
How do customers pay?
By card online through MPLEX Pay, or when they pick up, at the wash or on delivery: you choose what each kind of order allows.
Will customers find me on the marketplace?
Yes. Once you’re live you’re listed on MPLEX with your categories and a line about you (Settings → Marketplace listing), and customers can save you to their favourites.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing in the console. Plans with a free trial say so above.
